  • WHAT TO BRING WITH ME ON THE FIRST VISIT
    It is good to have with you the medical diagnosis as well as the results of tests you may have had, such as x-rays, CT or MRI scans.
  • WHAT TO WEAR ON THE FIRST VISIT
    You should wear comfortable clothing, depending on the area to be treated, so that it is easily accessible by the physical therapist. It is also recommended to bring a pair of shorts in case there is a problem with the lower extremities.
  • I HAVE DONE PHYSICAL THERAPY IN THE PAST AND IT DID NOT HELP. DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO TRY AGAIN?
